There are two (2) promotion stalls at Police Officers’ Club for bidding. The location of the promotion stall is designated by the Club Management. Bidders are allowed to apply one promotion stall at one time. If there is any objection, the Club manager’s decision will be final. Interested bidders must submit the following documents: (I) the application form, (II) a photocopy of the Business Registration, and (III) a product list. Submission should be made in person or by post to the Office, 1/F, Police Officers' Club, No. 28 Hung Hing Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, within the specified application period. For postal submission, the postmark date on the envelope will be considered the application date. Alternatively, application may be submitted via email to ca-a-g-poc@police.gov.hk; however, the successful bidder must provide the true copy of the application form within 7 days of receiving the successful application notification. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the application. The price offered by interested bidders must be higher than the minimum rent. If there is more than one bidder of similar nature offering a rent higher than the minimum rent, the highest bidder will be chosen. If a bidder is awarded with more than one slot, the bidder must accept all allocated time slots. In case a rainstorm black warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above is valid for any duration between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the quotation closing date, the tender closing time will be extended to 10:00 a.m. on the next weekday (i.e. except Saturday and Sunday) other than public holiday. |
