1. What is "My Report"?
“My Report” is a newly established electronic platform in the “Hong Kong Police Mobile Application”. The Hong Kong Police Force will allow you to access relevant information related to your case, i.e. the case reference number, report date, case team and their contact number, through this platform subject to the assessment on operational exigency and confidentiality.
2. When will this e-service be officially launched?
This e-service was officially launched on 3rd, August, 2025.
3. Do I need to register and log in to access this service?
To access this service, you are required to log in through “HKPF Digital Services Logon (DSL)”, verify and authenticate your personal identity through “iAM Smart+”.
4. How can I confirm whether I am eligible to access this service?
Members of public shall provide personal information to verify and authenticate their identity in “iAM Smart+” and log in through “HKPF Digital Services Logon (DSL)”. The system will provide relevant information to you on the platform subject to the nature and your role of the case.
5. Will all information related to “My Report” be provided through this platform?
The Hong Kong Police Force will allow you to access relevant information related to your case through this platform subject to the assessment on operational exigency and confidentiality, and the nature and your role of the case.
6. How long will case information be kept in the system?
Information of “My Report” will be retained for 12 months after its conclusion and will thereafter be removed from this platform.
7. What should I do if I want to inquire about more case information?
Should you wish to inquire more case information, please contact the Officer-in-Charge of your case.
8. If my case was reported before 3rd, August, 2025, can I access it on this platform?
No. This e-service was launched on 3rd, August, 2025. The platform only displays information of cases under investigation established after the service launch date.
9. Why is certain case information not displayed?
The Hong Kong Police Force will allow you to access relevant information related to your case through this platform subject to the assessment on operational exigency and confidentiality.
10. I have reported my case at the reporting room / police station / 999 / electronic reporting center; why can't I find my report record in "My Report"?
The platform only displays information of cases under investigation established after the service launch date, i.e. 3rd, August, 2025. The Hong Kong Police Force will allow you to access relevant information related to your case through this platform subject to the assessment on operational exigency and confidentiality, and the nature and your role of the case.
11. After the case has concluded, can I still access the relevant records?
Information of “My Report” will be retained for 12 months after its conclusion and the system will automatically remove reporting records 12 months after the case has concluded.
