Junior Police Call Scheme (JPC) was launched by the former Chief Superintendent of Police Public Relations Branch (PPRB), Mr. Rennie, in 1974. As of June 2022, the number of members has reached over one hundred and sixty thousand. With the membership expanding rapidly, JPC has become one of the largest youth organizations in the world with strong Police ties. |
