2004-01-21 11:48 Police will implement special traffic arrangements to facilitate worshippers visiting Yuen Yuen Institute in Tsuen Wan for the event of Patron Gods of the Year. The special traffic arrangements to be implemented between 8 am and 6 pm on January 24, 25, 31 and February 1 are as follows: (1) A section of Lo Wai Road between Yuen Yuen Institute and Chuen Yiu Terrace will be closed to all vehicular traffic, except for emergency services vehicles. Subject to the traffic situation, green minibuses and taxis may be allowed to enter the section. (2) All metered parking spaces outside Yuen Yuen Institute and on Chuen Yiu Terrace near the obsolete bus terminus will be suspended from midnight to 6 pm daily. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed away. |
