2002-09-09 19:32 Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in which a 33-year-old man was killed in Ta Kwu Ling this (September 9) morning. At about 11.40 am, a 33-year-old man was parking his container truck at a repairing shop in a container carpark in Man Kam To Road. Upon learning that his vehicle might have hit somebody, the driver alighted and found the 33-year-old man lying underneath the vehicle. The man was later certified dead at the scene.Investigations by Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories North are proceeding. |
