Dispute at Housing Dept Office, 2/F Hau Tak Est Shopping Centre, TKODIV

A 42-year-old man armed with a knife entered the Housing Department's office at
Tak Chak House, Huau Tak Estate, Tsang Kwan O at about 10 am this morning
requesting to see the senior officer of the Housing Department. The staffs at
the Housing Department's office have been evacuated. Police officers at scene
are now persuading the man to surrender.

The 42-year-old man surrendered to the Police at 1.22 pm and no one was injured
in the incident. He was sent to Tseung Kwan O Hospital for examination. The
above information may be amended after further investigation.
