2003-12-28 19:33 Police today (December 28) appeal for information on the identity of an Asian woman whose body was found floating off Tap Shek Kok, Castle Peak in October this year. At about 1 pm on October 11, a Police launch found the body of a woman drifting off Tap Shek Kok. The woman, aged between 25 and 40, was about 1.53 metres tall with long hair. She was naked with only a black leather belt tightened up around her waist when found. It is believed that the deceased had been in the water for three to six days before she was found. The cause of her death has yet to be ascertained pending further examinations but the initial post-mortem revealed that there was no suspicion on her wounds. Investigations by the Divisional Investigation Team of Castle Peak are proceeding.
