2002-03-21 13:52 The compound of the border crossing point on the Chinese side is full and it causes traffic congestion in the border area of Hong Kong. The tail back of the Yuen Long-bound traffic is at Kwu Tung Tsuen while the tail back of Sheung Shui-bound traffic is at Palm Springs.
