Commissioner Tsang Wai-hung called at Marine Port District (MPDIST) on September 18 and presented Commissioner's Formation Commendation to MPDIST for displaying professionalism, tenacity, devotion to duty and teamwork of an exceptionally high order during the search and rescue operation related to the vessel collision incident near Lamma Island on October 1, 2012.

 

Making the presentation, Mr Tsang took the opportunity to remind officers "to help those in dire need", "find personal goals and meaning from work" and "get your job done".
