Traffic Kowloon East (T KE) presents Best Non-commissioned Officer and Police Constable Award biannually to officers with outstanding performances. The latest award presentation was held on September 3 with KE Regional Commander David Cartwright and Deputy Regional Commander Cheng Shuk-chun officiating.  

 

Presenting the award to four Sergeants and six Police Constables from traffic teams, Mr Cartwright praised T KE officers for keeping the traffic flow smooth and the roads safe and acknowledged the outstanding performances of the award winners.
