Twenty-one Fight Crime Ambassadors, who were winners of the "Hang Seng Bank - Help the Police Fight Youth Crime Competition 2014", returned from an eight-day trip to Australia on August 28 after  receiving a warm reception from New South Wales Police and Victoria Police. They not only gained a better understanding of Australian police work, but also spread fight crime messages and promoted Hong Kong as a world city.

The Fight Crime Ambassadors visited the Mounted Police Unit and the Rescue and Bomb Disposal Unit of New South Wales Police to look at their duties and equipment.  They also visited the Police Museum in Victoria and the Police Academy where they toured around the training facilities for firearm handling and tactics.

The next stop was the Police Citizens Youth Club, where they met the club members and staff, introduced the Junior Police Call Scheme and exchanged experiences.

The fruitful and rewarding trip helped enhance the mutual understanding between Hong Kong and Australia.
