The 18th Anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) was observed with a flag-raising ceremony at the Golden Bauhinia Square and a reception in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on July 1.

 

Attending the flag-raising ceremony in the morning were the Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, principal officials and dignitaries.

 

Meanwhile, a total of 30 serving and retired members of the Force have been honoured in the 2015 Honours List. The list of the award recipients of the Force is published on the centrespread.
