In a bid to promote racial harmony and help Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) young persons get a better understanding of the law of Hong Kong, Sau Mau Ping District (SMPDIST) joined hands with Kwun Tong District Fight Crime Committee in offering a crime prevention talk entitled "Project Harmonious Pyramid - Be a law-abiding citizen" on August 29.


About 60 NEC youngsters attended the talk conducted by Sergeant Felix Au from Police Community Relations Office SMPDIST and Police Community Liaison Assistant Maqsood Hussain. Topics discussed included the harm of drug abuse, theft and phone deception.


In addition, there was a toss-up question session, with eight competitors receiving prizes from Islamic mosque imam Qari Muhammad Awais, who is SMPDIST Junior Police Call Honorary Advisor on NEC.
