When I called my bank to cancel my card I learned that the Wan Chai police had already cancelled it, and I knew then that you had it. When I spoke with you on the phone you were courteous and asked me what time I wanted to come by your office to pick up my wallet. I did not have to wait, and your service was fast, and all of my wallet contents neatly placed.

 I am fond of the HK Police Department. I am from Canada, and we have a good police presence there as well. The HK Police from my observation over the years are true community police, always helpful on the street when I have needed directions, and instilled a sense of safety in the community but in a very peaceful way.

 I want to thank you, and also the HK Police, not just for how well you handled my wallet, but for your professionalism and the wonderful work you do in this beautiful city.
