A 34-member delegation from the Singapore National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC) arrived in Hong Kong on November 2 on a five-day exchange programme with the Force. The Police Public Relations Branch (PPRB) arranged for them visits to a number of police formations, including Marine Port District, Police College, Police Dog Unit, Peak Police Station, Cheung Chau Police Station and Police Museum. PPRB also introduced a "Teens Talk" programme for NPCC cadets and Junior Police Call (JPC) members. Through participation in group games and discussions, the teenagers of both parties came to know one another better and shared ideas.

The NPCC is a uniformed group organised by the Singapore Police Force and the Ministry of Education. Since 2009, there have been annual exchange programmes in the form of reciprocal visits by NPCC and JPC, with a view to broadening the horizons of the young people in Hong Kong and Singapore.
