A representative of a construction engineering company presented a letter of appreciation and tapestry banners to Shatin District Commander Lam Man-sai, Tin Sum (TSDIV) Divisional Commander Chan Chun-fai and officers at Shatin District Headquarters on November 3 for preventing crimes at the construction site of the Shui Chuen O Estate.

With implementation of measures and efforts by all the parties concerned, crimes in Shui Chuen O area have been contained at a very low level.
