Our mission is to protect the rights of children and elders, and to combat domestic violence, child abuse, sexual violence, elder abuse, juvenile crime and child pornography. Working closely with other concerned government departments, non-governmental organizations and with support from the community, we aim to serve the best interests of victims and their families by providing them with quality service.
The motto for all concerned professionals is “Our vision is to make Hong Kong one of the safest places in the world and an environment free of abuse and violence for all, especially children and elders, to grow, develop and live in harmony”.
