Police Community Relations Office Tuen Mun District (PCRO TMDIST) hosted a luncheon and a crime prevention talk on January 22 for over 60 principals from primary and secondary schools.

Following a speech by Acting Deputy District Commander Andrew Boulton on the aim and subject of the event, Chief Inspector (Crime 1) Lam Wing-ho delivered a talk on triad societies, blackmail cases involving naked chat and other technology crimes. With a short clip co-produced by PCRO TMDIST and Lingnan University, he talked about the crime situation and answered many questions from the floor, giving the audience a better idea of juvenile delinquency.

Speaking at the luncheon, District Commander Iain McNicol expressed his gratitude to the principals for their support rendered over the years. In return, the guests thanked TMDIST officers for their efforts and contributions and pledged to continue to work closely with the police in protecting the youth from being led astray.
