PLO

The staff of Police Licensing Office (PLO) came up with 15 suggestions during PLO's Staff Suggestion Campaign held from October to December last year. The suggestions cover counter service, information technology, records management, and external and internal communications.

The co-champions of the campaign are Sergeant Li Lai-yee and Clerical Assistant Yeung Leung-hei, both of whom have suggested improving the samples of forms and supporting documents in order to facilitate applicants' submissions and boost efficiency in processing.

A selection panel chaired by Chief Superintendent (Support) and Senior Superintendent (Support) selected the best submissions based on the criteria of cost and benefit, feasibility and extent of coverage.
