A leader of a Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) group "Idara Minhaj-Ui-Quran Hong Kong", Muhammad Naseem Khan, presented flags to Commander of Kwai Tsing District (KWTDIST) Wong Hon-kwan, KWTDIST Assistant District Commander (Crime) Kok Wai-shing, KWTDIST Chief Inspector Wong Sun-lok, and officers of KWTDIST Anti-triad Section on April 20 in recognition of their outstanding performance and efficiency in busting an assault case.

A member of the NEC group was assaulted at a game centre last October. So officers of KWTDIST Anti-triad Section conducted investigation and arrested a few suspects on the same day. Later, all suspects were sentenced to three months' imprisonment.
