Study sessions to promote knowledge sharing

The Police College held two sharing sessions on "Blue Moon Series" and "Intellectual 40m series" in June to promote knowledge sharing and lifelong learning.

At the sixth session of the knowledge management (KM) series on "Blue Moon", Superintendent of Detective Training Centre Wong Po-yan, Superintendent of Operations Wing Fang Chi-kin and Chief Inspector of Intelligence Division of Narcotics Bureau Tam Pak-fai shared their overseas learning experience. They talked, in particular, about the Liberal Training Approach, the Leadership Strategy and the Community Engagement Strategy that they learned respectively from the Australian Institute of Police Management in Sydney, the Scottish Police College in Scotland and the Victoria Police in Melbourne.
