Eastern District (EDIST) led the Imams for Chai Wan Cape Collinson Masjid and Quarry Bay Madrassah as well as the Junior Police Call (JPC) Leader Corps and Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) youngsters of the Diversity Programme to attend a passing-out parade at the Police College on September 24.


EDIST Commander Graham Mitchelmore briefed Commissioner Lo Wai-chung on the latest development of the Diversity Programme, adding that the programme could engage people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds and enhance their knowledge of the Force.


Subsequently, officers of Police Community Relations Office of EDIST brought the NEC and JPC to tour the facilities of the Police College, and explained to them about the basic foot drill training and inculcated positive values in them.
