The representatives of a hotel presented tapestry banners to Yau Tsim District (YTDIST) Commander Kwok Pak-chung, Divisional Commander of Tsim Sha Tsui Division (TSTDIV) Yu Hoi-kwan, Assistant Divisional Commander (Operations) of TSTDIV Chan Yun-kam and Task Force Sub-unit (TFSU) officers of TSTDIV on September 2 in recognition of their efforts in implementing Project VanGUARD of Kowloon West Region.

Since the inception of the project, TFSU officers of TSTDIV have established a good partnership with the stakeholders in collecting criminal intelligence and preventing crime.
