Another session of anti-burglary workshop was organised by Wanchai District (WCHDIST) Police Community Relations Office, Hong Kong Island Regional Crime Prevention Office and Happy Valley Division (HVDIV) on December 6 in light of a recent rise in burglaries.

More than 80 stakeholders, including Chairman Mr Li Shing-kuen and members of the District Fight Crime Committee (Wan Chai District); Chairman of Wan Chai District Council Mr Ng Kam-chun and other District Councillors; Chairman of WCHDIST Senior Police Call Honorary President Council Mr Suen Yat-hau; property managers, premises owners and shop tenants, attended the workshop.

Apart from offering anti-burglary tips by Wanchai Crime Prevention Unit and a briefing on local burglary trend by Patrol Sub-unit Commander of HVDIV, officers highlighted an anti-burglary campaign titled "Defence Alliance" in the workshop.
