About 150 Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) from India, Pakistan and the Philippines as well as volunteers took part in the NEC Harmony New Generation - Fight Crime Hockey Invitation Tournament 2016, jointly organised by Western District (WDIST) and WDIST Junior Police Call (JPC) Honorary President Council on January 7 at the Police College to promote racial integration and disseminate anti-crime messages.


The officiating guests were Police Community Relations Officer of WDIST Pang Siu-chun, Chairman of WDIST JPC Honorary President Council Dr Lam Wai-wing, Chairman of Central and Western District Fight Crime Committee Mr Cheung Tsun-yung, Vice-chairman of Southern District Fight Crime Committee Dr Chan Yuk-kit, and Chairman of the Police Hockey Club Mr Chan Po-lun.


During the break of the tournament, the players participated in anti-crime and anti-drug game booths manned by police volunteers. The tournament ended up with friendship and joy.
