The Police Mentorship Programme (PMP) and Project GROWTH joined hands in running four sharing sessions titled "Be Prepared! First Step to Your Dream!" in April and May.

PMP mentees and Project GROWTH mentors were invited to share with over 500 secondary school students their experience of studies, selecting subjects, university life and the police career in a bid to encourage the students to plan for their future.

Impressed with the useful information provided by the PMP mentees, the students reacted enthusiastically and said that the event facilitated them in setting a clear personal development goal. Some of them are prepared to join the PMP after entering the university. The Recruitment Division will continue to arrange different activities to strengthen youth engagement, broaden their horizons and enhance their understanding of the Force.
