The Road Safety Teams of Traffic New Territories North (NTN) and Traffic New Territories South (NTS) joined hands with the New Territories First Aid Bicycle Team of the Hong Kong St John Ambulance Brigade, the Auxiliary Medical Service (AMS) and New Territories South Region of the Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol (HKRSP) to disseminate the message of safe cycling to the public on June 4 at Fo Yin Road near Pak Shek Kok Promenade in Tai Po.

In addition to game booths and QR code tours, officers and HKRSP representatives distributed publicity leaflets and souvenirs to the cyclists and passers-by while St John Ambulance and the AMS promoted their first aid services. The event enabled road users to better understand the correct use of cycling tracks and pavements, and also enhanced their awareness of safe cycling. Moreover, the road users learned how to seek help from St John Ambulance and the AMS in case of accidental injury.
