The Police College arranged a 10-member delegation to conduct exchanges with the Singapore Police Force (SPF) on community policing between September 28 and October 4.

Led by Chief Inspector Choi Sau-kuen, the delegation comprised of two Senior Inspectors, a Sergeant and six Police Constables. They called on SPF's Training Command, Community Partnership Department, Jurong East Neighbourhood Policing Centre, Protective Security Command, Public Transport Security Command and Public Affairs Department. They also took part in an Emergency Preparedness Day and visited the Security and Counter Terrorism Division as well as the INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation.

At a dinner reception, the delegates met Deputy Assistant Commissioner of SPF Lee Chee-chiew to learn more about the development of SPF. The visit was indeed an eye-opening experience for the delegates.
