In a bid to deepen the understanding of Yau Tsim Mong District Fight Crime Committee (YTMDFCC) members about policing of entertainment establishments, Mong Kok District (MKDIST) invited these members to join their night patrol to entertainment places in the District on October 26.

Accompanied by Deputy Commander of MKDIST Lee Chung-wah, Chairperson of YTMDFCC Ms Chan Heung-lin and other committee members observed the inspection of a number of entertainment establishments, including massage parlours and nightclubs. They also visited a drug den which was smashed that night.

Afterwards, MKDIST arranged a sharing session at Mong Kok Police Station for the DFCC members and frontline officers. The committee members appreciated the arrangement for them to get a first-hand experience of the police's night patrol and concurred that the activity has enhanced their understanding of the Force's work.
