Regional Commander of New Territories South (NTS) Lui Hon-kwok and Deputy Regional Commander Patrick Laidler invited former NTS Regional Chairman of Junior Police Officers' Association (JPOA) Mr Ma Chin-chiu, who is on pre-retirement leave, for an appreciation luncheon with officers from several districts on November 23.

They took the occasion to express gratitude to Mr Ma for his contribution to the Force and the JPOA over the years, and to welcome the new NTS Regional Chairman of JPOA Mr Ching Ming-wai to continue giving assistance to junior police officers as well as fostering internal communication in the Force.
