A proprietor of a property agency, Mr Ng, presented a pennant to Commander of Yuen Long District (YLDIST) Lee Wai-man, Assistant Commander (Crime) Tsang Shuk-yin, Chief Inspector (Crime) 1 Anthony Lothian and officers of District Investigation Team (DIT) 13 on December 19, as a token of appreciation for their professionalism and vigilance in detecting a case of Conspiracy to Rob and Handling Stolen Goods.

In the small hours of November 8, Mr Ng was robbed by two masked thieves of property amounting to $170,000 in Yuen Long. Upon investigation, DIT 13 YLDIST promptly identified the thieves and their hideout. Three suspects were arrested and prosecuted, with the stolen property recovered.
