Chief Inspector Chow Chun-choi led 14 officers of District Investigation Teams (DIT) to visit the Crime Investigation Department of Shenyang Public Security Bureau (PSB) in Liaoning Province from March 18 to 21.

The Force delegation visited several crime investigation units, including the Criminal Investigation Bureau of Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department, an anti-deception centre of Shenyang City, a command, control and co-ordination centre as well as two branches of the PSB, to better understand the development of criminal investigation techniques on the Mainland.

The delegates commented that the visit had broadened their horizons in the PSB's crime investigation work and fostered interaction with their Mainland counterparts.
