Chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Chinese Medicine Sector Mr Chong led their members and a shop owner, Mr Yeung, to present tapestry flags to some officers of Crime Hong Kong Island (HKI) Regional Headquarters on March 21 in appreciation of their professionalism and efficiency in detecting a burglary case. Receiving the flags were Senior Superintendent Lam Shu-wing, Superintendents Law Kwok-hoi and Kong Wing-cheung, Chief Inspector Sin Kwok-ming and officers from Regional Crime Unit (RCU) Team 3.


In the small hours of November 12, 2017, a burglary was reported at a Chinese pharmacy shop in Sai Ying Pun with goods valued at about $460,000 stolen. After officers of Team 3 RCU conducted in-depth analysis, they swiftly arrested two culprits and recovered most of the goods.
