The Force Annual Shooting Competition 2018 was held at an indoor shooting range at the Police Headquarters on April 28, with about 300 Force marksmen from Uniform Branch, crime units, Major Formations and Auxiliary Police competing in various categories.


Former Deputy Commissioner Fung Siu-yuen, Director of Crime and Security Li Chi-hang, Commandant of the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force Yang Joe-tsi and some senior management officers attended the event to cheer on the shooters.


Following rounds of nail-biting competition, Hong Kong Island Region clinched the Fung Siu-yuen Cup in Major Formation Relay while Police Constable (PC) Cheng Ka-kit won the Cup in Individual Category. Meanwhile, the Tang How-kong Cup went to PC Yuen Kwok-wai. The champions of the other categories are as follows:

Auxiliary (Team / Individual):


Shatin District Auxiliary / Acting Chief Inspector Auxiliary Lo Kin


On the other hand, the Police Shooting Club will organise a series of revolver and pistol courses for Force members and their family members and civilian staff in the summer vacation. Details will be posted on the Force NoticeBoard of Police Intranet (POINT).
