Kowloon East (KE) Region held a meeting with stakeholders on October 5 to explain the direction of and achievement in youth and elderly work. Over 130 principals, teachers, chairpersons and members of Federations of Parent-Teacher Associations of Kwun Tong, Sai Kung and Wong Tai Sin Districts, as well as Honorary Presidents of Junior Police Call (JPC), Senior Police Call (SPC) and KE Happy Teen Committee attended the event.


Speaking at the meeting, KE Regional Commander (RC) Cheung Ching reviewed their work in engaging the community over the past 12 months. She expressed her gratitude to the principals and teachers for their continued support to youth activities and their efforts in assisting the Force to combat crime. Four Police Community Relations Officers in KE then spoke about the initiatives in their respective districts to engage the community and the way forward.


RC KE and the respective Formation Commanders also exchanged views with the participants in the event.
