Tseung Kwan O District (TKODIST) launched an anti-drug campaign, "No Drugs, Beloved by Everyone 2018", on October 20 in partnership with the Sai Kung District Council, the Sai Kung District Fight Crime Committee, the Rainbow Lutheran Centre and the Community Drug Advisory Council. The campaign featured the Electronic Christmas Card Design Competition, a quiz contest, seminars and game booths to enhance youngsters' understanding of the serious consequences of drug abuse.

A total of 200 primary and secondary students participated in the campaign. The Electronic Christmas Card Design Competition received 81 high-quality entries, with Yu Suk-yee from Chi Lin Buddhist Primary School and Or Hiu-laam from STFA Cheng Yu Tung Secondary School emerging as winners. The winning designs will be sent to all schools and community stakeholders in the district to steer the students clear of drugs and to encourage the students to spread the message through their own social media network. On the other hand, the winners of the quiz contest went to Chi Lin Buddhist Primary School and the HKTA The Yuen Yuen Institute No. 3 Secondary School.

TKODIST Commander Kong Hok-lai congratulated all participants for their efforts. He hoped the participants would help disseminate anti-drug messages in the community.
