The Kowloon East (KE) Region Happy Teen Sports Day 2019 came to a successful conclusion at Catholic Ming Yuen Secondary School in Tseung Kwan O on May 11, with over 300 local and non-ethnic Chinese students, community leaders and officers enjoying sports challenges.

In addition to traditional sports events, a number of games such as floor curling, dodgebee and molkky were introduced, bringing immense joy and memorable experience to all the participants. Furthermore, the students teamed up with officers to take part in a basketball competition, team building challenges and fun games.

Officiating at the prize presentation ceremony were KE Regional Commander Chan Yee-lai and Deputy Regional Commander Chan Man-tak as well as Honorary Presidents of KE Happy Teen Committee. Speaking at the ceremony, Ms Chan said the event helped students enhance communication and mutual trust with officers through sports and develop a sense of belonging to the community.
