The Police Community Relations Office of Sham Shui Po District (SSPODIST) and Project MAMA members visited two mosques in the District on July 14 to brief the non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) community on the latest anti-epidemic measures and the Prevention and Control of Disease Regulation.

SSPODIST earlier held a competition to invite students to design thank you cards to pay tribute to medical staff for their devotion to duty amid the COVID-19 outbreak. The winning entries were printed on the packaging of disinfectant wipes. During the visits, SSPODIST and Project MAMA members distributed the disinfectant wipes to the NEC community, together with anti-crime posters and leaflets translated into Urdu to enhance their awareness of crime prevention.
