Recruitment talks and workshop for Auxies

The RECDIV conducted recruitment talks for auxiliary officers during their Annual Continuation Training to motivate them to join the Force as regular officers. The talks introduced the job opportunities, welfare and benefits, and career prospects of regular officers. The RECDIV also promoted the PMP, the PMPO and the Project ACHIEVE, to encourage auxiliary officers to share the recruitment information with their families and friends.

The RECDIV also organised a “PI/RPC  Recruitment Workshop” for auxiliary officers at the HKPC on November 7 to strengthen their determination to make applications. A total of 117 auxiliary officers from different police districts attended the workshop.

RECDIV & CSTCB joint seminars

On October 22 and 29, the RECDIV and Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau (CSTCB) co-organised two seminars for over 100 students of Policing Studies, Cyber Security, and Computer Studies from the School of Continuing Education of Hong Kong Baptist University and Hong Kong Institute of Technology. While the RECDIV disseminated the latest recruitment information at the seminar, CSTCB officers also introduced the trend and the variety of technology crime, and the Bureau’s initiatives in combating technology crime and enhancing public awareness of cyber security.
