The Annual General Meeting of Senior Police Call (SPC) was held in the Police Headquarters on July 23, attended by 200 guests and SPC members. In his opening speech, Commissioner Siu Chak-yee expressed gratitude to members of the SPC Central Advisory Board, SPC Honorary Presidents and SPC members of all Districts for their continuous support.


Senior Superintendent of Public Relations Wing (Community Relations) Yau Sin-man reviewed the SPC activities held and introduced the way forward. Certificates of Appreciation were presented to SPC strategic partners, best SPC Captains and most active SPC Members in each District for their contributions and support to SPC. The winners of the “Celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR Video Competition” were awarded certificates. The championship goes to Central District, the first runners-up is Western District and the second runners-up are shared by Yuen Long District and Kowloon City District. The theme of the competition is “Bridging Generations, Celebrating the Establishment of the HKSAR” to encourage SPC and Junior Police Call members joining hands to strengthen connection among different age groups for a harmonious society. The SPC mascot “Master Bean” also attended the event and took photos with the guests.
