Commissioner Siu Chak-yee presented promotion and appointment letters to 11 officers and CP’s Formation/Unit Commendation to the Recruitment Division of Human Resources Branch as well as CP’s Commendations (CPC) to nine officers on May 2.
Mr Kan Kai-yan has been promoted to Deputy Commissioner; Mr Kong Hok-lai to Senior Assistant Commissioner; Mr Chan Sze-tat to Assistant Commissioner. Mr Li Kwai-wah has been appointed as Chief Superintendent (National Security). Mr Chu Man-lung, Mr Chan Po-lun and Mr Yeung Chun-po have been promoted to Chief Superintendent; and Ms Choy Yin-wai, Mr Hung Ngan, Mr Sze Kin-wai and Mr Wong Ka-keung to Senior Superintendent.
Superintendents Lam Wing-ho, Chan Shun-ching and Ko Tik, Chief Inspectors Chu Ming-lun and Tam Pak-lun, Sergeants Chung Sing-chow, Tai Ming-tak and Yeung Chun-hong and Police Constable Ngan Hoi-sun were presented CPC.
