Police Football Club (PFC) and Hong Kong BOAS Football Club (HKBoas FC) entered into a partnership agreement at the Police Sports and Recreation Club on May 6. Witnessed by the Director of Crime and Security Yip Wan-lung and Honorary President of PFC cum program sponsor Mr Poon Kuen-fai, the agreement was signed by Chairman of PFC Chan Hin-kwan and Head Coach of HKBoas FC Mr Fabricio Lopes Alcantara to establish a close partnership in promoting football training development for police children.

To tie in with the regular development and organise a competitive football team of police children for open competition, PFC will launch a football training programme for police children, the Little Lions Football Training Programme, in the upcoming summer holiday. HKBoas FC has been invited to be the coaching team. The programme will run a seven-session summer class and a 24-session regular class. The open enrolment earlier attracted over 100 police children aged between five and eight.
