Public Relations Wing (PR Wing) and the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education (HKAGE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on April 15. Both parties would co-organise leadership training programmes at the Junior Police Call Permanent Activity Centre and Integrated Youth Training Camp to provide off-school training for local gifted students so that more future leaders would be nurtured to “Be a Leader - Fight Crime Together”.

Assistant Commissioner (Public Relations) Chan Sze-tat and Executive Director of HKAGE Dr Jimmy Wong signed the MoU. HKAGE is a non-profit organisation subvented by the Education Bureau to provide off-school gifted education programmes for local gifted students aged 10 to 18. The Force is the first disciplined service joining hands with HKAGE to provide training programmes to gifted students, with a view to nurturing the youth with positive values and enhancing their law-abiding awareness through closer collaboration.
