Arranged by the Police College (College), Senior Superintendent Chan Wui-nang led a 12-member delegation to visit the German Federal Police for an exchange from December 1 to 5, 2025.

The delegation visited the German Federal Police Academy in Lübeck as well as the Federal Police and Central Station Police Station in Hamburg to learn about local officers’ training, strategies for combatting cross-border trafficking, and railway policing. The delegation also exchanged and shared experiences in several areas.
