To promote the message of “National security is our shared responsibility” among young people, the National Security Department organised “NSynergy NS Awareness Campaign” in the 2025/26 school year. The NStudio Marketing Proposal Competition was also launched in December. All primary 4 to secondary 6 students are welcome to join the competition. The event offers fabulous prizes, as well as opportunities to participate in themed workshops on marketing, short video production, and public speaking skills.


The first-round online briefing session cum themed workshop on marketing was held on January 5 and attracted over 300 primary and secondary school students and teachers. The workshop invited Programme Director of Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Integrated Communication Management at the College of International Education of Hong Kong Baptist University Dr Lennon Tsang as the keynote speaker. From the perspective of marketing and creative strategy, Dr Lennon Tsang explained to participants how to develop and create an excellent national security marketing proposal.


Participants were encouraged to submit preliminary proposals before January 25. Shortlisted participants will have the opportunity to receive a 500-dollar cash award to subsidise short video production, and will be invited to join the second-round workshop in February to learn professional short video filming techniques.
