Kowloon East (KE) 11th Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) Liaison Meeting was held at Wong Tai Sin Police Station on December 15, 2025. The event brought together NEC community leaders, school representatives, and relevant stakeholders to explore topics such as multicultural families and child protection, aiming to create a safer and harmonious living environment for the NEC community in the area.

The meeting was officiated by Deputy Regional Commander of KE Mark Anstiss. Participants shared experiences proactively, fostering sharing and collaboration among individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Also arranged in the event was a session in which halal food was served for conveying the message of inclusion.

KE will liaise with various stakeholders continuously and closely. It is hoped that the safety and well-being of NEC individuals and children will be facilitated together through more effective cooperation.
