Several officers of Wan Chai District (WCHDIST) participated in the identification of bodies in the fire incident at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po, while officers who remained behind held fast to their posts, ensuring that the police work in the district was unaffected. At the same time, officers of the District also actively supported the needs of the healthcare system and invited the Hong Kong Red Cross Mobile Blood Donation Team to organise a blood donation event in the police station on December 11, 2025. Around 50 officers from various posts in WCHDIST enthusiastically responded to the event, showcasing the solidarity and cohesion of the “One Force” spirit.
Each unit of blood not only represents a hope for sustaining life but also carries the profound camaraderie of mutual assistance and care between the police and the community.
