Through its proactive recruitment strategies, including the launch of the Police Cadet Training Programme and the “HKPF Recruit” mobile application, the Recruitment Division (RECDIV) under the Personnel Wing won two awards at CTgoodjobs Best HR Awards 2025, namely the “Best Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy Award - Grand” and the “Best in HR Digitalisation Award - Gold”.

Senior Superintendent of the Human Resources Branch Kwok Ka-chun and Superintendent of RECDIV Chow Tsz-tung received the awards on behalf of the Force at the ceremony on January 15. These awards demonstrate the recognition from the organiser and the judges of the Force’s outstanding human resources management strategies. The Force will continue striving to improve the efficiency of human resources management and proactively adopt innovative recruitment strategies.
