Commissioner Chow Yat-ming (centre) presented promotion letters to eight officers on February 12. Ms Tse Tsui-yan, Mr Cheung Wai-wah, Ms Cheng Lai-ki, and Mr Chan Chi-yung have been promoted to Assistant Commissioner. Mr Cheung Chi-wai, Mr Chow Chi-kwan, and Ms Lam Sze-wan have been promoted to Chief Superintendent. Ms Chan Kit-sze has been promoted to Force Welfare Officer.
