On January 23, the Public Relations Wing (PR Wing) and the Centre for Religious and Spiritual Education of the Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance collaboration in promoting positive values among youth. Assistant Commissioner (Public Relations) Chan Sze-tat attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech.

The “V12+” Training Camp, designed and organised by the Junior Police Call Centre at Pat Heung, integrates discipline cultivation, physical training, values development and law-abiding education. Through experiential activities, the Training Camp encourages students to foster team spirit, self-discipline and a strong sense of lawfulness.

This collaboration incorporates an academic research approach to optimise the curriculum and teaching method of the Training Camp. Professional guidance and support will also be provided to the training staff to enhance the Camp’s effectiveness.

Caritas Fanling Chan Chun Ha Secondary School and AD&FD POHL Leung Sing Tak College will become the research partners in this collaboration, and participate in various discussions within the framework of the MOU.

PR Wing hopes to combine law enforcement experience, academic research and school involvement to make the Training Camp more engaging and impactful.
